Wrestling dummies are equipment that must not be missing in the gym or training room. Wrestling dummies are made of natural or synthetic leather, one or two-legged. Thanks to mannequins, we improve strength and technique. They are produced for each age group, light and low for the youngest and high and heavy for seniors. The mannequin has a huge share in training young people, thanks to which the trainer can show and teach the appropriate technique of young wrestlers.
