Endurance and masterful stability in training at an elite level - Romaleos 4
After the release of The Romaleos 3 and 3 XD, it was clear to many weightlifting fans that Romaleos 2 would remain on the pedestal when it comes to weightlifting shoes. After more than 2 years of development, Nike introduces the Romaleos 4 model - a direct successor to the Romaleos 2. Nike combines the full functionality of the Romaleos 2 as a weightlifter shoe with an innovative and modern design.
Engineered for strength and stability, the Nike Romaleos 4 features a supportive midsole and a wide, flat outsole. Adjustable straps in the midfoot secure the foot during the most intense workouts. Max Lang, the creator of Romaleos 2, was directly involved in the development of Nike's fourth weightlifting shoe. The goal was to get the perfect footwear for intense weightlifting training.

The wide heel provides a synonym for a stable base for heavy loads, and the rubber profile ensures long-lasting grip that meets the highest demands.
Romaleos 4 - The perfect squat shoes
Romaleos 4 is perfect not only for classic weightlifting, but also for daily squat training. A raised heel puts you in the perfect squat position and creates a stable foundation.

It's heavier than 3 and slightly lighter than 2, putting you in the best position to hit with every rep.
Nike has also brought back and improved the beloved 2 Velcro fastening system - who doesn't like the pinning ritual because they want PR? When lifting weights, any movement outside of the planned lifting path (we say toes move and heels twitch) translates into a loss of power. Adjust appropriately, fasten twice, lift a heavy weight, simple.
The heel is still a TPU crest but feels more durable than the previous generation in the previous generation. An additional layer of synthetic leather reinforcement wraps around the wok
